Without an understanding of what motivates your learner, it is impossible to cross the chasm from knowledge to results. Through effective learning design that focuses on intrinsic motivation, you can build training that will create lasting behavior change among your team.

In this facilitated cohort, you will learn how to integrate universal, intrinsic motivators into your training and learning programs.
